My Role
As a Software Engineer at Heimat24 AI, I work on developing and deploying AI applications that solve real-world problems. My focus areas include:
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Building a compplex RAG system that ingested documents, and full website content in order to provide meaninful context to our AI Agents for meaningful, helpful and context aware replies
Conversational AI
Developing chatbots that can handle users inquiries, provide support, recommendations, and assist with their queries process in multiple languages.
Clients Specific applications
Developped specialsised applications and Addons for platforms like MS Outlook to allow our users to have access to their RAG database when responding to emails in their day to day support tasks.
Key Projects
Intelligent Document Assistant
Built a RAG-powered system that processes property documents and answers tenant questions in natural language. The system uses:
- Haystack: For document processing and retrieval
- Vector Databases: For efficient semantic search
- OpenAI APIs: For natural language understanding
Multi-Language Support
Implemented translation and localization features to support tenants from different countries, making the platform accessible to Germany's diverse population.
Data secure Chat application
Built the model support for our multimodal application integration well performing models providers Claude, Gemini, as well as open source models such as Deepseek and more
