By accessing or using the Mira mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mira is a productivity and wellness application that helps users track habits, set goals, manage tasks, and receive personalized recommendations. The App is available for iOS devices.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to:

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.

7. Beta Testing

If you participate in beta testing through TestFlight, you acknowledge that the App may contain bugs or issues. Beta versions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guy Mathieu FOKO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
